"¿qué quieres saber? preguntame, por favor", my inner child

Our inner child is calling out for us to find our way back home.

In my sessions, we are guided to resonate with our inner child. We awaken to hear what this voice is sharing, (re-) learning its language and reducing the chatter in our minds. This allows us to more clearly see the self-healing path shown by our inner child. We may even come to view things in unimaginable ways.

Through individual and group settings, I apply various techniques for this process. Sessions typically include pranayama (breathing) exercises, energetic cleansing, journeying to our inner self, calling our inner child home, integration of the experience and a good dose of laughter. Light therapy with PandoraStar is also available.

Participants range in their needs: accessing hard to reach parts of their self, clearing traumas, addressing root causes of dis-ease - psychological and/or physical.

After-session exercises allow us to maintain, and deepen, the healing work. Simple and short, the exercises guide us in changing life patterns. I also do regular follow-up.

Interested? Then join for a session to see what your inner child has to share with you.

Speaking Spirit Workshop

My work has shown me that the language of the inner child, and of the spirit world, is different than our everyday language.  Our minds are constantly creating stories/context based on impulses we receive. The stories/context we create are shaped by our definitions of reality, past experiences, ego/desire, etc. The inner child also communicates through impulses. The challenge is to interpret them by stripping away the context we normally apply. Like a child, asking repeatedly, 'what does this mean?'

I regularly offer one-day workshops to explore this language, to exchange experiences, and to experiment with different techniques. Dates will be posted, or contact me.
